Host A Forum Workshop
The Forum on Education invites organizations to host virtual or in person workshops.
As the Standard Development Organization for the field of education abroad, The Forum cultivates educators who champion high-quality education abroad experiences that ignite curiosity, impact lives, and contribute to a better world.
Forum workshops are engaging, interactive, and designed to apply your learning in real time. Facilitated by expert colleagues who are active practitioners in the field, participants enjoy dedicated space for dialogue and sharing of ideas and best practices.

Available Modalities | Ideal For |
In Person | Large groups such as team development or faculty leader orientations. Associated with events such as consortium meetings or regional conferences. |
Virtual | Remote or disbursed teams unable to travel to a central location. |
Single workshops are typically three to four hours in length and can be adapted to your organizational needs.
Host Requirements
- Host to secure minimum of 10 participants*
- In person events
- Travel and accommodation for a Forum Trained Facilitator(s) (as required)
- Classroom space with access to audio/visual equipment
- Access to guest wi-fi for presenter(s)
The Forum will provide:
- Media kit to promote the event to relevant stakeholders
- Trained facilitator**
- Workshop content and handouts
- Pricing to meet your budget needs***
*Participants must be confirmed at least 2 weeks prior to an in-person workshop and 1 week prior to a virtual workshop.
**When the event is in person, every effort will be made to identify a regional trained facilitator.
