We are excited to welcome you back to our Annual Conference!

Your health and safety is our top priority. All attendees are expected to comply with our health and safety requirements. The information outlined below continues to evolve and will be updated as necessary to help support a safe on-site experience. Make sure that you have reviewed any advisories or restrictions that may be in place for travel to the United States.

Please note that all restrictions and requirements are subject to change. Please refer to our website often for current guidelines. If an attendee or exhibitor does not meet these requirements, they are not considered fully vaccinated and will not be permitted to attend in-person events.

All participants are recommended to be fully vaccinated by the start of the conference. A person is considered fully vaccinated:

  • 2 weeks after their second dose in a 2-dose series, such as Pfizer, Moderna, AstraZeneca or Sinovac vaccines, or
  • 2 weeks after a single-dose vaccine, such as Johnson & Johnson’s Janssen vaccine.

We strongly encourage everyone who is eligible for a booster to get one at least two weeks prior to the conference.

Mask Mandate

All attendees are recommended to wear a mask, consistent with CDC recommendations, while participating in all conference sessions and activities.

The CDC continues to recommend that you wear the most protective mask you can, that fits well and that you will wear consistently. The use of KN95 and N95 masks are highly encouraged. Learn about CDC Mask Guideline here.

Increased Sanitization & Follow Directions from Staff

We will be working closely with the Grand Sheraton Seattle to implement cleaning and sanitization standards that meet or exceed the recommendations of the CDC. The Grand Sheraton Seattle is a part of the Marriott group and their commitment to clean can be found here.

Operational adjustments may occur throughout the event. Please adhere to all signage and direction from all staff and hotel employees.

COVID Testing

To mitigate the spread of COVID-19, we highly recommend that you get tested before attending our in-person conference. If you are experiencing symptoms such as fever, cough or shortness or breathe, please do not attend in-person. If you are not displaying symptoms of COVID-19 but would still like to get tested or if you need to get tested for travel purposes, please click here.

We’ve also identified the closest COVID-19 testing locations from the hotel:

We encourage every individual to make informed decisions about attending our conference in the best interest of their own health as well as the health of others. If you cannot or choose not to follow the Forum Conference On-site health and safety requirements, we do offer a virtual program as well.
