Responding to COVID-19 Part 5

This webinar features a discussion around refund policies after program cancellations and alterations related to COVID-19. There have been, and continue to be, lots of questions about refunds and refund policies. This webinar addresses what a process to determine a refund policy might look like – how to determine one, who should be involved, how to communicate it once determined. Panelists also address the larger question of whether there should be an industry-wide refund policy.
