Managing Education Abroad: Program Implementation to Evaluation

Implementation and evaluation are part of the education abroad program lifecycle. Aligning your program management with The Standards of Good Practice will ensure program health and vitality.  

This workshop includes guidance on incorporating The Standards into program logistics and evaluation.  

Learning Outcomes: 

  • Understanding who are the stakeholders for each program and managing their expectations. Establishing program policies and procedures. 
  • Developing structures and guidelines for partnerships, internship, and research. 
  • Identifying and allocating appropriate program resources 
  • Evaluating program processes and outcomes. 

This workshop is Module 3 of the Professional Certification in Education Abroad.
